The AM7432N is a
6 milli-Ohm, 30V N-Channel MOSFET in an SO-8PP leadless package with improved thermal performance compared with an SO-8 package with the same footprint.

The 6 milli-ohm specification is valid for a gate-source voltage of 4.5V. The device also has a 8 milli-ohnm maximum for VGS= 2.5V.
